Sales Operations Supervisor

Role Description The Sales Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Randburg. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, including monitoring performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting sales teams in meeting revenue and productivity targets.

The supervisor will manage and coach a team, coordinate workflows, and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. The role includes collaborating with leadership to align sales operations with business objectives, resolving escalated customer or operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Supervisor will also contribute to process optimization, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within the sales environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, contact center, or BPO environments is a non negotiable.
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities, including coaching, performance management, and motivation of sales teams.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality, consistent customer interactions.
  • Operations management skills to oversee processes, manage workflows, and ensure efficient and compliant sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in business, management, or a related field.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusion, and a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
