Sales Data Analyst

About the role

Huawei is seeking a talented Sales Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our sales operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes that drive our business forward.

Job Description

  1. Analyze sales data and write analysis materials to help increase sales volume and achieve targets,
  2. Streamline internal departments and information transfer stations, upload and release information, and ensure that regional colleagues can correctly receive information.
  3. Set the monthly target and calculate the target achievement.
  4. Maintain the dealer list, register, certificate, and authenticate and manage contacts.
  5. Establish processes to improve the work efficiency and quality of the organization.
  6. Set the Memos, Temporary incentive, HC/CC and TITU Mechanism and rebudget every month.
  7. Other IT tools usage, freebies management and so on which can help hit target.
Responsibilities
  1. Monthly Memo Creation and Cascade and Rebudget.
  2. Monthly and Quarterly Region Horse Racing Creation, Weekly Update and Final Result.
  3. Dealer and Distributor Level Jobs.
  4. Freebie Monitoring.
  5. Product Level Jobs.
  6. SMR Report
What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales operation, administrative, or client support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the client and sales administration industry is preferred
