Remote Sabre Ticketing Agent

We are seeking a remote travel agent who is sharp, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent customer support skills. As a remote travel agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer support and service to our clients. You will be responsible for booking and managing travel arrangements for our clients, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and other related travel needs.

You will be required to have excellent knowledge of Sabre ticketing software and be able to issue tickets efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and managing travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and other related travel needs
  • Utilizing Sabre ticketing software to issue tickets efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer support and service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries
  • Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have during their travel
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, travel regulations, and procedures
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and bookings
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent
  • Excellent knowledge of Sabre ticketing software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support and service
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends, travel regulations, and procedures
