Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Shop Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations in the store, including serving customers, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry‑level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Restock merchandise on shelves and racks

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Qualifications

High school qualification

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
