About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Remote Supply Chain Planner to join their team and contribute to optimizing their global supply chain. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and coordinating the flow of goods from suppliers to customers. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategies to ensure efficient material flow and optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to excel in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input. Create and manage inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and finished goods. Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end planning process, ensuring smooth flow of products through the supply chain. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain planning , demand forecasting, and inventory management. Proficiency with supply chain planning software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote team.
