Remote Project Coordinator & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to provide ongoing support to our management team across a variety of business projects.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys producing professional documents, organising information, improving systems and working on diverse projects. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering work of a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and format professional documents, manuals, procedures, reports and business correspondence.

Create and update presentations, proposals and branded documents using Canva and Powerpoint

Maintain spreadsheets, trackers and administrative records.

Organise and maintain digital filing systems.

Assist with project coordination and general business administration.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

Professional, dependable, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
