[Remote] Product Consultant (ACH OR PEP+)

The role involves gathering necessary information for implementation, providing reputed company training, and ensuring effective transition to the Outsourcing Support team. Responsibilities Under general supervision, analyze and determine reputed company conversion requirements for reputed company’s ACH Outsourcing reputed company reputed company consultation to the reputed company before, during and after conversion, including the development of new procedures the conversion may need Interpret reputed company’s existing systems and workflows, through and including the balancing of conversion data reputed company training to the reputed company before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the reputed company and on-line terminal assistance, as reputed company as daily application balancing procedures reputed company assistance to reputed company before, during reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT) Communicate reputed company and any potential problems to reputed company management for awareness and/or reputed company reputed company application support as required Identify opportunities for process improvement Present product demos as needed Completes other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent education in a reputed company discipline is required Typically requires five or more years' experience in the financial services industry and delivering software development and integration reputed company to clients Exposure to ACH Operations and/Or the PEP+ product is a MUST Strong working knowledge of ACH processing, with reputed company understanding of NACHA rules and regulations Solid understanding of various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and reputed company aspects of application phases from design through deployment.
