Minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal trainer, with a strong focus on strength and conditioning. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective training programs for diverse populations. Excellent virtual communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with online coaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and fitness tracking software. A strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
