As part of our RN team, you will provide education about a patient’s diagnosis, test results and treatment plan. </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cardiologists, PCPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
