About the Role

Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy based in Soweto , is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to focus on entry-level and graduate placements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about kick-starting careers and connecting emerging talent with exciting opportunities across various sectors. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for junior roles, building relationships with both candidates and entry-level employers, and contributing to the vibrant talent landscape of Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for entry-level positions, graduate schemes, and internships. Develop and maintain relationships with clients seeking to hire junior talent. Conduct career coaching sessions and provide guidance to candidates on job searching and interview techniques. Manage the offer process and facilitate smooth onboarding for successful candidates. Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to attract suitable entry-level candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and client interactions. Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a client-facing role is advantageous. Passion for career development and helping individuals start their professional journeys. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and ATS systems is a plus.
