<p><strong>Purpose of the Role:</strong></p><p>Based in Jet Park, the purpose of the position is to ensure that correct promotional data is compiled and sent out internally and to the Retailers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description :</strong></p><ul><li>Creating Tactical & Ad hoc promotions.</li><li>Combo checking (test scanning).</li><li>SPAR2U promo suffixes.</li><li>Store claims.</li><li>Assisting in leaflet proofing & page proof updates.</li><li>Promo updates (PPA).</li><li>Apply AS400 Fast path to check leaflets/press ads (Promo Suffixes).</li><li>Service department updates.</li><li>Image download</li><li>Assist costing Guild and, Tactical & Ad Hoc promotions.</li><li>Assist with order by dates and release dates document</li><li>Handle Promotions queries/claims from Retailers.</li><li>Provide additional assistance to the Marketing team when required.</li><li>Reporting: Integrator, PPA, Rewards & Subsidies</li><li>Ensure As400 price change updates filter properly to the integrator.</li><li>3 Years experience in FMCG environment</li><li>2 Years experience in admin role</li><li>AS400 and Qlikview</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Employment Equity: </strong>SPAR South Rand is an equal opportunity employer.
