Project Coordinator & Technical Support

Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Technical Support to oversee site operations, manage
project documentation, provide technical assistance, and support customer development. This role requires strong
organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships with key professionals while
ensuring smooth project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Site Sign-Off & Project Tracking: Manage site sign-offs, track project progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and
support on-time project completion.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to teams and customers, troubleshoot project issues, and recommend
suitable solutions.
• Main Contractor & QS Coordination: Liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS), support costing through distributor channels,
and work with Main Contractors to maintain specifications and secure project orders.
• Project Handover & Documentation: Maintain project files, site sign-offs, handover documents, and records, ensuring
accurate document control via SharePoint.
• Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships to support successful project delivery and satisfaction.
• Business Growth Opportunities: Identify new projects, commercial opportunities, and product requirements, and
communicate these to the relevant sales and specification teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience in site management, project coordination, or technical support within construction or architectural
environments.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Understanding of construction project lifecycles, with a strong knowledge of project documentation, site sign-off
procedures, and QS coordination.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications and construction-related
information.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and project tracking skills.
• Proficient in Microso Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present technical information and conduct product training sessions.
Personal Attributes:
• Proven experience in site management, project coordination, or technical support within construction or architectural
