We are growing our national team of trainers and looking for experienced K-12 educators, instructional coaches, administrators, consultants, and school leaders (current and retired educators welcome) who are ready to share what they know.

This is flexible, remote-friendly contract work built for educators who love watching other teachers succeed. You bring the classroom experience and credibility. We provide three decades of proven content, complete ready-to-deliver materials, full onboarding, and a supportive national community of trainers behind you. You will never start from scratch, and you will never work alone.

Important Note This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is per training engagement and varies with availability, experience, and the number of engagements you take on.
