Product & Commercial Supervisor

Join us as the Product & Commercial Supervisor for Disneyland Paris (DLP) at Walt Disney Travel Company International (WDTCI). In this key role, you\'ll drive trading performance across B2C and B2B channels, both online and via our contact centre. You\'ll coordinate the delivery of the DLP product and commercial roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting vital projects. As the main point of contact for WDTCI\'s DLP business, you\'ll ensure priorities and updates are communicated and acted on with Disney\'s trademark excellence. This is a permanent position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development & Management: Support the implementation of DLP\'s annual product, campaigns and tactical activities across WDTCI\'s sales channels.
  • Product Development & Management: Assist in preparing go-to-market plans and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Product Development & Management: Help maintain strong internal product and commercial relationships across B2C and B2B, working closely with DLP Central and DDI UK sales and marketing teams.
  • Product Development & Management: Provide input to the WDTCI Digital Product Owner on the DLP product roadmap, helping to prioritise features and ensuring effective delivery of updates.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Monitor sales statistics and market trends, preparing regular reporting for the UK team.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Highlight opportunities to optimise performance through product mix and upsell strategies.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Assist in post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness of pricing, promotions, and sales channels, and share findings to support future planning.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Support the planning and implementation of activities designed to optimise trading performance.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Provide commercial support for WDTCI affiliate marketing activities and product strategy alignment.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Assist in preparing inputs for financial models and business cases for initiatives led by the Senior Manager.
  • Product & Revenue Optimisation: Work with the Digital team to provide feedback on B2C and B2B funnel optimisation.
  • Partnership & Channel management: Work closely with the Product and Commercial Manager (3rd Parties and Transport) to identify product needs that can enhance transport performance and service.
  • Partnership & Channel management: Support cross-functional efforts to deliver effective channel management solutions for the website and call centre.
  • Partnership & Channel management: Help manage a programme of tactical initiatives and content updates, coordinating with the Marketing Manager and other product and commercial colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a similar field (travel, retail, or commercial role).
  • Experience working within a commercial, sales, or product support role, ideally in travel or online retail.
  • Familiarity with analysing and reporting on performance data.
  • Experience within a large, matrix organisation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of or experience working within Disney Parks and Resorts is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Good project coordination skills and ability to support commercially driven initiatives. Strong relationship-building skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Good communication skills including spoken and written English for business use.
  • An understanding of interpreting data to support evidence-based decisions is preferable.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
