About the Role

Reef Castor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Procurement & Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, fleet coordination, inventory management, and manufacturing operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and various departments to support the efficient operation of the business while developing practical skills in supply chain and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

· Procurement & Supplier Support

· Assist with sourcing materials, consumables, and services.

· Obtain quotations from suppliers.

· Process purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.

· Assist with maintaining supplier records and pricing information.

· Support the sourcing of spare parts and maintenance items.

Logistics & Fleet Support

· Assist with vehicle inspections and fleet administration.

· Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance bookings.

· Assist with fuel management and vehicle records.

· Support delivery scheduling and logistics planning.

Administration & Operations

· Scan and upload delivery notes and supporting documents to Zoho.

· Maintain procurement and operational records.

· Assist with inventory and stock-related activities.

· Support factory operations and general administrative functions.

· Assist with ad hoc operational tasks and projects as required.

Minimum Requirements

Recently completed Degree or Diploma in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Procurement Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Operations Management
  • Business Management
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Commerce or a related field
· Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel. · Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

· Eagerness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.

· Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.

· Own reliable transport will be advantageous.
