Main duties of the job
- You will be required to carry out the full range of portering duties, which may include driving vehicles off and on, site, transfer of patients around the site by wheelchair, trolley or bed, including deceased patients and all associated mortuary duties.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential
- Willingness to undertake training and development
- Driving Licence
- Basic Maths and English
- Ability to push patients in beds, trolleys or wheelchairs across various levels
- Ability to carry/push items varying in weight up stairs and along different levels
- Ability to work alone or within a team
- Main confidentiality at all times
- Understanding of health and safety
- Experience of dealing with members of the public
- Previous experience of working within a hospital environment
