Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant - 20085
Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time ICWorking Hours: U.S. Business Hours (CDT) with required overlap
Reports To: Personal Injury Trial Attorneys & Litigation Team
About The Firm We are a growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for injured clients and securing strong outcomes through aggressive, well-prepared representation. Our trial attorneys handle active litigation matters that move quickly from discovery through mediation and trial, and they depend on litigation support professionals who keep cases organized, deadlines protected, and files trial-ready.
We are expanding our litigation support bench to give our trial lawyers additional capacity as caseloads grow.
About The Role This role exists to give our trial attorneys hands-on litigation support across active personal injury cases. You will work directly alongside attorneys preparing matters for discovery, deposition, mediation, and trial — while drawing on pre-litigation experience (demand packages, records, LORs/LOPs) to move cases as they transition into the litigation phase.
This is not an intake or pure pre-litigation position. We are looking for litigation-strong assistants who understand the full personal injury lifecycle and can step into active cases with minimal ramp-up. The deeper your command of U.S. personal injury litigation processes, the more room there is to grow with our team.
