What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and Chief Director.
  • Organize and coordinate travel, accommodation, and catering services for the Chief Directorate.
  • Compile and consolidate essential manuals to streamline office operations.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation for the Chief Director’s office.
  • Assist in improving communication and collaboration within the department.
What You’ll Need
  • A National Senior Certificate or equivalent, along with an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Public Management, Management Assistant, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role such as Management Assistant, Secretary, or Administrator.
  • A valid driver’s license (except for individuals with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and a solid understanding of legislative frameworks governing the Public Service.
