Partner & Channel Operations Manager (RapidScale) (Remote)

RapidScale is seeking a Partner & Channel Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company's indirect GTM motions. Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Operations, this role will support Channel, Cox Business, Alliances, and other indirect selling organizations by designing scalable business processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights that enable partner-driven growth.
This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to optimize partner programs, streamline operational processes, improve forecasting and reporting, and ensure consistent execution across multiple routes to market. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative, with experience supporting partner organizations in a technology, cloud, SaaS, or managed services environment.
What You'll Do
Partner & Channel Operations

  • Support operational initiatives across RapidScale's indirect routes to market, including Channel, Cox Business, Alliances, and strategic partner organizations.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify operational improvements that increase partner productivity and business performance.
  • Develop scalable operational processes that support continued growth of partner programs.

Business Operations & Process Improvement
  • Design, document, and continuously improve business processes supporting partner lifecycle management, opportunity management, partner engagement, and program execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support cross-functional process alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations.

Partner Program Operations
  • Support operational execution of partner programs, incentives, onboarding, governance, and business planning.
  • Coordinate program rollouts and operational readiness across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational consistency across multiple partner types and routes to market.

Analytics & Business Insights
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that measure partner performance, pipeline, revenue contribution, and operational health.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for growth and process optimization.
  • Deliver executive reporting that supports strategic decision making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Alliances, Channel Sales, Cox Business, Marketing, Finance,

Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives supporting indirect revenue growth.
  • Support organizational change management related to new programs, systems, and business processes.

Operational Governance
  • Maintain operational documentation, business rules, and process standards.
  • Support CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, forecasting, and operational compliance.
  • Recommend improvements to systems, workflows, and technology that enhance partner operations.

Qualifications
Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting indirect sales organizations, partner ecosystems, or alliance programs.
  • Experience improving business processes and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting business performance data.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
  • Experience working within CRM platforms and business reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cloud, managed services, SaaS, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting Channel, Cox Business, Alliances, hyperscalers, or strategic partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, CRM analytics, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience designing partner programs, operational governance, and business planning processes.
  • Experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, or other enterprise technology partners.
  • Experience supporting multi-route-to-market organizations.
