Job Title: Paid Search Strategist

Function

As our Paid Search Strategist, you will take full ownership of our clients' Google Ads accounts. Because we specialize exclusively in the Google ecosystem, you won't be distracted by other social platforms. Your primary focus will be designing high-level strategies, executing flawless campaigns, and serving as the confident, data-driven face of our agency to our clients.

Strategy & Planning

Develop comprehensive, full-funnel Google Ads strategies tailored to individual client goals (Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube).

Conduct deep-dive account audits to identify areas of wasted spend, missed opportunities, and scalable growth.

Forecast budgets, project performance outcomes, and align KPI targets with the client's broader business objectives.

Implementation & Optimization

Build, launch, and manage advanced Google Ads campaigns from the ground up.

Perform routine and proactive account optimizations, including bid management, budget pacing, A/B testing ad copy, and aggressive search term/negative keyword management.

Continuously monitor account health, staying ahead of Google’s algorithm updates and rolling out beta features when applicable.

Tracking, Data & Analytics

Set up, troubleshoot, and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure 100% data accuracy.

Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze user behavior, track multi-channel attribution, and measure post-click landing page performance.

Client Communication & Leadership

Lead routine client-facing meetings (weekly or bi-weekly check-ins) to present performance, explain strategy shifts, and manage expectations.

Translate complex data into actionable, easy-to-understand insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fielding their questions with confidence and proactively suggesting new ways to scale their accounts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, with a good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Specialization: A strong desire to work exclusively within the Google Ads ecosystem (no Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn ads required).

Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be highly comfortable leading video calls and presenting data to business owners/stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset: You don't just read the data; you know what the data means and exactly what to do next.
