We're expanding our Oracle PeopleSoft practice and are inviting experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions professionals to join our team for an exciting higher education Application Management Services (AMS) opportunity.

This is a contract opportunity for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal thereafter based on client requirements and contract performance.

We are looking for highly skilled consultants with proven experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, particularly within universities or other higher education institutions.

  • Oracle PeopleSoft AMS Service Delivery Lead
  • Student Financials Functional Consultant
  • Financial Aid Functional Consultant
  • Student Records & Academic Structure Functional Consultant
  • Admissions & Online Applications Functional Consultant
  • Registration & Programme Enrolment Functional Consultant
  • Activity Management Functional Consultant
  • Academic Advisement (Graduation) Functional Consultant
  • Student Residence Functional Consultant
  • Campus Self-Service & 3C Engine Functional Consultant
  • Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Developer (PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker)
  • Oracle PeopleSoft Integration Specialist (REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration Broker)
  • Oracle PeopleSoft Infrastructure / Database / Middleware Specialist
The successful candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:
  • Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
  • Student Financials
  • Financial Aid
  • Admissions and Online Applications
  • Student Records
  • Registration and Enrolment
  • Academic Advisement
  • Activity Management
  • Student Residence
  • Campus Self-Service
  • 3C Engine
  • PeopleTools Development
  • Integration Broker and API integrations
  • Oracle Database, WebLogic and Middleware Administration
  • Application Management Services (AMS)
  • Incident Management (L2/L3)
  • Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
  • Technical Design Specifications (TDS)
  • Business Process Documentation
  • System enhancements, upgrades and production support
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' Oracle PeopleSoft experience (senior roles require more).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a higher education environment will be highly advantageous.
  • Oracle certifications will be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • South African-based consultants are strongly encouraged to apply.
