About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS and Fusion Developer to support Oracle E-Business Suite initiatives. The ideal candidate will perform development efforts for RICEFW objects, design scalable technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration across Oracle modules. This position requires deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, advanced PL/SQL skills, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities*

  • * Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and materialized views for transactional and reporting requirements across F&A, SCM, Projects, and HRMS modules.
  • * Build and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports customizations; migrate legacy forms to modern R12 standards.
  • * Design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems using REST/SOAP Web Services, Oracle SOA Suite, ICS/OIC, FTP/flat-file interfaces, and APIs.
  • * Develop concurrent programs, request sets, and custom managers with performance optimization for high-volume processing.
  • * Implement and customize OAF pages and personalizations to enhance user workflows and UI experience.
  • * Lead data migration and conversion using SQL*Loader, FBDI, WebADI, CSV/Excel imports, and custom ETL scripts.
  • * Design and maintain BI/XML Publisher templates, data models, and output formats for financial and operational reporting.
  • * Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support patching, cloning, and upgrade activities.
  • * Collaborate with offshore/nearshore support teams and contribute to knowledge transfer and training for functional users.Required SkillsTechnical Skills:
  • * Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 / 12.2 development across multiple modules (Finance, SCM).* Advanced PL/SQL programming: packages, cursors, bulk operations, exception handling, collections, and performance tuning.
  • * Oracle Forms and Reports development and troubleshooting.* Experience in OAF/ADF page customization and Java development.
  • * Expertise in building and consuming Web Services for system integrations (Integrated SOA Gateway).
  • * Hands-on experience with Oracle APIs, OPEN_INTERFACE tables, FND APIs, and concurrent programs.
  • * BI/XML Publisher template design for transactional and batch reporting.
  • * SQL tuning and performance optimization, use of EXPLAIN PLAN, SQL Trace, and TKPROF.
  • * Experience with Oracle APEX development is considered an asset.
  • * Oracle EBS certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
