Qualification : Qualified millwright with Matric

And 5 year working experience in advanced hydraulics including fault finding, PLC, electrical and mechanical. Advanced experience on PLC will be beneficial.

Reports to : Maintenance Manager

Main purpose of job : To assume responsibility for all maintenance work done on equipment relating to installation, upgrading and running of plant after commissioning.

Primary duties :

1. Do job planning and prepare material lists and costs.

2. Repair and upgrade press for installation.

3. To be responsible for the correct maintenance of plant equipment.

4. Comply with all regulations for the installation and maintenance of plant and equipment.

5. The safe running of equipment to its maximum capacity, efficiency and recovery.

6. Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire maintenance operation.

7. Maintain housekeeping and safety at all times in accordance with company standards.

8. Carry out all other duties which you are instructed to do from time to time by your supervisor.

Short listed candidates may be required to undergo the relevant psychometric test.
