The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production environment and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecom mediation systems and are looking to contribute to high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>What you’ll do</b></h2> </div><div><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform.</li><li>Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system stability.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Who you are</b></h2> </div><div><ul><li>A professional with 3+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Mediation Zone application development and maintenance.</li><li>Proficient in working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production setting.</li><li>Experienced in end-to-end SDLC processes.</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is a plus.</li><li> </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Not a perfect fit?</b></h2> </div><div><p>Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
