You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, safeguarding, and enjoyment of all our guests at Selhurst Park. Representing Crystal Palace FC on the front line, you’ll deliver outstanding service with a smile, support fans, and help create an unforgettable matchday experience. Be part of the energy, excitement, and pride of Selhurst Park as you play a key role in bringing our club to life on matchdays.</p><p><strong><br>Responsibilities:<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Commit to and attend all Premier League fixtures (schedule to be announced in June) as well as FA Cup games as required</p></li><li><p>Be responsible for the safe access and comfort of spectators visiting the stadium</p></li><li><p>Identify and report any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators and report to a supervisor</p></li><li><p>Ensure that CPFC standards are upheld by being the first line of contact with guests and provide a welcoming environment to provide the best experience and visit at Selhurst Park Stadium.</p></li><li><p>Maintain an immaculate personal presentation with a polished professional appearance.</p></li><li><p>Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.</p></li><li><p>Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br>Experience, Skills and Qualifications:</strong><br><br>• You must be over 18 (Essential)</p><p>• NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety (desirable)</p><p>• Friendly and happy to help all clients with patience and good manners</p><p>• Be mature and be able to handle situations calmly</p><p>• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be polite and courteous</p><p>• A strong focus on accuracy and diligence in every aspect</p><p>• Good communication skills</p><p>• An understanding of body search regulations and processes</p><p>• Experience working at a football stadium and/or similar spectator events (Desirable)</p><p><br><strong>Our commitment to Equality</strong></p><p>At Crystal Palace Football Club, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion is spirited and continues to grow due to the working environment, which makes all staff feel appreciated and welcomed.
