MASTER ELECTRICIAN

Location: NAIA, Pasay City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Weekdays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

Qualifications

  • Licensed Master Electrician (PRC Licensed)
  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related technical course is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, food production, or aviation-related facilities
  • Strong experience with industrial electrical systems, generators, motors, control panels, and refrigeration support systems
  • Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and the Philippine Electrical Code
  • Familiar with occupational health and safety standards
  • Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and respond to operational emergencies

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, generators, transformers, UPS systems, motors, and distribution systems
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults affecting production and facility operations
  • Ensure continuous operation of electrical systems supporting kitchens, cold rooms, chillers, freezers, and warehouse facilities
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical hazards and equipment deficiencies
  • Assist in electrical installation, facility upgrades, and improvement projects
  • Coordinate with contractors and equipment suppliers for specialized repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain maintenance records, electrical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement requirements
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code, electrical safety procedures, and workplace regulations
