Marketing Project Manager (Fixed Term - 12 Months), Amazon Fresh Marketing

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Amazon Fresh Marketing team is a centralized organization supporting Amazon Fresh and Grocery Partnerships at an international level. Within this team, the Brand pillar drives our mission of becoming \"the customer\'s most loved grocer, saving them time and money.\" We connect the business with customers through effective brand and creative strategies, enabling measurable brand and commercial growth.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join in our team. In this role, you will focus on project management and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with central and local teams across multiple countries and business units. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the seamless execution of brand and creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, promotional plans, and marketing strategies. This includes planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This role can be based in either London, Manchester or Milan.

As an Ideal Candidate

Key job responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end management of the monthly content creation process, including SOP development, resource allocation, team coordination, and project tracking.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for all process, timeline, and resource-related matters, working closely with in-house design teams while coordinating with central traffic and local marketing teams.
3. Drive the creative automation workstream by onboarding and optimizing self-service graphic tools and AI applications to support a self-service creation model. Use a data-driven approach to collaborate with cross-functional teams within Amazon and continuously improve tools and processes.
4. Identify gaps in current SOPs and develop scalable solutions to enhance the in-house creative team\'s capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in coordinating creative projects and working with in-house or external design teams.
- At least 4 years of professional, non-internship marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to align and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in defining processes and RACIs across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to inform and drive improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft thoughtful, strategic, and detailed docs.
- Solid understanding of brand and creative development principles and workflows.
- Experience working in a head office or regional role, ideally within a global organization.
