Job Description

To lead and drive the Placement and Premises Functions for the Real Estate Services Function within South Africa to ensure alignment and realisation of the Client Segments and Solutions strategies, ensuring that the footprint across all provinces within SA provides the organisation with a competitive advantage against which the strategies can be executed. Provide expert advice and influence provinces on distribution decisions. Establish key relationships with Provincial stakeholders across SA.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Business Commerce or Civil Engineering or Construction and Physical Planning
Experience Required:
  • 8-10 years experience is required with a specialist experience in placement and distribution within a Retail context.
  • Experience in determining and implementing locations within retail. Experience in specific placement models.
  • Experience in preparing business cases taking into account the organisation’s broader strategies and placement and distribution strategies and action plans. Experience in Retail and Business Banking, including the interfaces between Relationship and Non-Relationship banking.
