  • Implement and maintain monitoring tools for system health (latency, thermal, FPGA utilization) and automate repetitive tasks (log analysis, firmware rollouts, inventory).
  • Coordinate with R&D, IT, facilities, sales, and vendors on design feedback, deployments, data center optimization, and SLA negotiations.
  • Run quarterly capacity planning and reliability reviews to align infrastructure with projected demand.

Requirements

Must-have technical and leadership capabilities for immediate impact.

  • Proven experience with FPGA-based emulation systems (e.g., Veloce or equivalent).
  • Basic to mid-level Linux administration and strong network diagnostics skills.
  • Minimum 5+ years managing technical teams in 24/7 operational environments with measurable improvements in MTTR and escalation rates.
  • Hands-on experience in data center operations, hardware lifecycle management, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance processes.
