Job Description

Sales Development Representative

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the crucial first impression and the engine driving new business opportunities. You will:

  • Research and identify new potential clients who could benefit from cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Craft compelling, personalised outreach via phone, email, and social media to spark initial interest.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and articulate how our client's solutions can help.
  • Generate qualified meetings for the senior sales team, directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and optimise outreach efforts.

Why This Company?

You will join a dynamic, fast-growing technology company that is truly disrupting its sector. They pride themselves on a culture of continuous learning and growth, offering extensive development opportunities and a supportive environment where your ideas are valued. This is a place where you're encouraged to take ownership and make a real impact, all while being mentored by experienced leaders who are invested in your success.

About You (Transferable Skills Welcome!)

We care deeply about your drive, communication style, and hunger to learn, more than a specific degree or tech background. You are a great fit if:

  • You are a People Person: You genuinely enjoy connecting with others, whether that's been in a retail environment, a busy hospitality setting, or a customer service role. You can build rapport quickly and aren't afraid to initiate conversations.
  • You Thrive on Initiative: You don't wait for instructions; you actively seek out solutions, learn new things, and find ways to achieve your goals. Perhaps you've taken on extra responsibilities or proactively solved problems in previous roles.
  • You are Goal-Oriented: You find satisfaction in working towards targets and are motivated by seeing your efforts translate into tangible results.
  • You are Adaptable and Curious: The tech world moves fast, and you're excited by the prospect of learning about new technologies and explaining their value to others.
