This role is responsible for providing high-level executive support and overseeing the daily operations of the administrative team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including calendar management and travel arrangements. Lead and mentor a team of administrative assistants, delegating tasks and ensuring quality of work. Manage and streamline office operations, including filing systems, supply management, and vendor relations. Coordinate major meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered. Prepare and edit important documents, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion. Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating smooth communication and problem resolution. Requirements Extensive experience as an Administrative Assistant , with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role. Proven experience supporting C-level executives and managing complex schedules. Strong leadership, team coordination, and delegation skills. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various office management software. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
