Responsibilities

  • Carry out general manual labour tasks as directed by the supervisor including lifting, carrying, loading, and offloading materials.
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and strapping machines after receiving appropriate training.
  • Sort and stack inventory, pallets, and containers neatly and safely to maximise storage space and prevent accidents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sweeping floors, removing waste, and storing tools and equipment properly.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to pick lists, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Follow all health and safety rules including wearing the required personal protective equipment at all times.

Requirements

  • The ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English accurately.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential as team operations depend on every member being present and on time.
  • For warehouse roles, experience operating a forklift with a valid licence is highly desirable.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard, with a positive attitude even when tasks are repetitive or physically demanding.
  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as operational demands require.
