Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods and materials, verifying against purchase orders.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy against orders and ensuring proper packaging.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified and required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with inventory to the relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry, inventory tracking, and report generation.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
