What You'll Do

As a Junior Recruitment Assistant, you will serve as the key link between our recruiters and our clients. Your role is essential in ensuring only qualified and well-matched candidates are presented to our clients quickly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing candidate submissions from recruiters
  • Performing quality checks and basic pre-screening
  • Matching candidates to open roles based on client criteria
  • Submitting selected profiles to clients with speed and precision
  • Keeping trackers and systems organized and up-to-date
  • Collaborating with recruiters and account managers for feedback and updates
  • Ensuring every candidate is accurately represented and submitted on time

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment or administrative support (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS tools, and digital platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a fast work pace and sense of urgency
  • Independent and self-managed, yet collaborative
