About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
2. Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and create clear job descriptions.
3. Help build an engaging and inclusive team culture through onboarding, events, and check-ins.
4. Manage HR documentation, databases, and employee records.
5. Support in building HR policies, processes, and performance evaluation frameworks.
6. Foster an environment of trust, empathy, and open communication.
7. Be the first point of contact for employee questions or concerns and support their journey at Toposel.
