This is a fully remote opportunity working USA Pacific Time hours.

9:30am 6:00pm PST

They provide innovative funding solutions to individuals awaiting legal settlements and work closely with law firms medical providers surgery centres and hospitals to ensure clients receive the financial and medical support they need during challenging times.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide a blend of executive support administrative assistance and operational project coordination.

This role is suited to someone who is confident working remotely highly detail-oriented and able to manage a wide range of business and personal tasks with professionalism and discretion. The successful candidate will support senior leadership by coordinating priorities tracking projects managing tasks and ensuring clear communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate tasks assigned by senior leadership to ensure priorities are met.
  • Support project goals and maintain best practices across assigned tasks and initiatives.
  • Manage a wide range of projects including marketing initiatives SEO-related projects recruitment support and operational tasks.
  • Assist with personal tasks for the owner which will form a significant part of the role.
  • Provide regular updates to ensure clear communication and transparency.
  • Apply best practices tools and standards to support efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments where needed.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support strategies to improve project efficiency and overall effectiveness.
  • Exercise sound judgement when managing multiple priorities and options.
  • Conduct quality control throughout project development to ensure deliverables meet expected standards.

Core Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. culture and business etiquette.
  • Experience living or working in the United States would be highly preferred.
  • Proven experience coordinating travel arrangements including flights accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Google Project Management Certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Quiet dedicated home workspace.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Own smartphone.
  • Own computer with camera.
  • Bank account for payment processing via wire transfer.
  • Must be comfortable working USA Pacific Time hours.
