Junior Developer and Support Assistant

We are searching for a proactive and self‑driven Development and Support Desk Assistant. This isn’t a “sit quietly and shuffle papers” kind of job - you’ll be in the action, helping us streamline workflows, boost productivity, and make the most of Google Workspace and modern reporting tools.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Google Workspace Mastery: Providing internal support for Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) and helping optimize how our teams use them.
  • Problem Solving: Acting as the first point of contact for tech-related queries, troubleshooting issues with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Building Tools: Assisting in the development of internal tools and automated workflows to streamline our operations.
  • Data Integrity: Helping manage and report on data to ensure that our leadership team has the insights that they need.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Above-Average Excel Skills: You should be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas. (If you know your way around Google Sheets’ ArrayFormula, even better!)
  • Self-Motivation: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a problem and look for a way to fix it.
  • Communication: The ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical colleagues clearly and patiently.
  • SQL: Basic querying skills.
  • Power BI or DAX: Experience building or maintaining dashboards.
  • Reporting Platforms: Any experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Google Apps Script
