From day one, you’ll be creating real content for a real business: video, social media, and brand storytelling that actually goes out into the world. You’ll work directly under founder mentorship, with room to bring your own creative voice to the table.</p> <p>No formal recruitment experience needed — we’re looking for your eye, your creativity, and your ability to tell a story through video and content. If you’ve got a portfolio, reel, or social handles you’re proud of, we want to see them.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>Content & Videography — Shoot, edit, and produce video and social content that builds the Cruit brand<br /> Talent Sourcing & Market Research — Get exposure to the recruitment side of the business, sourcing and engaging candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms<br /> Interviewing & Candidate Experience — Sit in on real candidate conversations and see how a specialist recruitment process actually works<br /> Who We’re Looking For</p> <p>Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID<br /> Female, 18–35 years old<br /> Classified as African, Coloured, or Indian<br /> Currently unemployed<br /> A creative eye — content creation, videography, or design background preferred<br /> Self-starter, articulate, outgoing, and ready to bring fresh ideas<br /> Ambitious and comfortable working toward targets<br /> Able to commit to the full 12-month programme</p> <p><em>#LI-DNI</em></p>
