Job Title: Advanced Analytics (Manager II, individual Contributor)

Responsibilities

  • You may be accountable for leading meetings and projects that force strategic evaluation of omni-channel, digital media, retail media, campaigns of a number of the most important advertisers within the international.
  • Leveraging tools like Tableau and SQL, you may derive tactical and strategic insights and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • From method, making plans, and campaign of entirety, you may supply clarity to advertisers searching for causal insights and size impact.
  • You may create and lead customer‑dealing analysis, inclusive of calls and in‑character shows, to pressure information‑driven exceptional practices, guidelines, and steering for Walmart join’s pinnacle advertisers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's diploma in a quantitative field (e.g., information, economics, arithmetic, commercial enterprise management, advertising).
  • 2‑4 years professional experience in advertising methods & analytics and size, and more than one priority & milestone.
  • Assignment management experience coping with a high volume of reporting/analysis requests.
  • Proficiency in statistics manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, R) and visualization (Tableau, Datorama).
  • Experience with omnichannel advertising, attribution, and ROI measurement, including performance and recognition of online advertising.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to successfully manage tasks and communicate effectively.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced agile environment, delivering useful features in short time durations.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical topics and metrics in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent talent in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., information, economics, mathematics, enterprise administration, advertising).
  • Experience in media and marketing analytics and reporting in an advertising organization or consulting.
  • Experience with online advertising and marketing, targeting and measurement structures and methodologies (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in advertising technology, including third‑party ad‑serving and tag control solutions and programmatic ad shopping for platforms.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Experience with project control structures like Jira.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate A/B testing, layout and implementation and statistical standards.
  • Experience in developing and presenting strategic, motion‑oriented pointers from complex analytics efficiently and engagingly to an executive audience.
  • Experience building relationships with inner stakeholders across advertising, product, and engineering.
