This is a remote position.

The IT Team Leader is in charge of leading the team. Must set clear team goals and target them withholding MAG Core values and ensuring maximum efficiency within the department. It is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in the data integrity of key My Amazon Guy functions. The position is also responsible for assisting the IT Director and IT Department, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, data models, and data pipelines. Possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills.

The role requires someone who is passionate about data quality, data analytics, and automation in order to drive business strategy. An ability to be an expert in problem-solving, and critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies are essential in enabling the IT Director to show where My Amazon Guy processes are broken and how those processes are affecting key data points. An individual with a strong passion to solve problems and improve data integrity will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), G-Suite, computer security (Antivirus, Firewall, 2FA), and quick to learn new software and hardware.
  • Experienced with company systems including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Slack, Time Doctor, WordPress, Zapier, and website management. Basic knowledge of API integration is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy in marketing communications, able to apply the latest technology to meet company needs.
  • Collaborative team player with strong cross-cultural communication skills.


Requirements

  • Experienced Team Lead or similar IT role with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT procedures, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Google Sheets, computer security (2FA), data visualization, and quick to learn new systems.
  • Skilled in website and CMS management (WordPress), marketing tools (JotForm, Mailchimp, Zapier), programming basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python), and familiar with API integration.
  • Creative and technology-focused with solid understanding of marketing communications and ability to apply new technologies effectively.
  • Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and a collaborative team player with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

Technical Requirements
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
  • Camera with at least 1080p resolution
