Intern Sales Agent (Real Estate)

Zakeni Realty International is looking for individuals who are self-starters, excellent communicators, highly motivated and persistent to join their virtual team. These individuals should reside in Midrand, Centurion, Johannesburg Central and Sandton. This position reports to the Principal Property Practitioner, the primary purpose of this role is to provide sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants as well as all other stakeholders efficient and transparent real estate services.

The property practitioner shall be responsible for:

- Cold calling

- Preparing mandates

- Pre-listing input and presentation

- Comparative market analysis

- Property staging and show days

- Writing adverts & loading listings

- Marketing

- Viewings

- Preparing offer to purchase

- Communication with conveyancers

- Weekly review & updates to parties

- Establishing teams of key service providers i.e electricians, plumbers, conveyancers, bond originators

Applicants must be able to pay towards the following certification:

  • Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

  • Registration for NQF4 certification
  • Fees towards PDE examination
The role is strictly commission based with a competitive commission split. Applicants must have the following resources.
  • Smart phone

  • Laptop with reliable WiFi

  • Drivers licence

  • Reliable transport
