About You

  • 3-5 years of software development experience and 3+ years of Java backend development experience.

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience developing and maintaining API-driven and microservices-based applications.

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

  • Essential technical skills in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Web, Spring Data JPA (Hibernate), REST APIs, SQL databases such as MariaDB or similar, Maven, Git, and JSON/XML.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, ability to work in a high-availability mission-critical environment, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, and a strong ownership and accountability mindset.

  • Advantageous experience with Apache Kafka, Redis, MariaDB ColumnStore or other NoSQL technologies, Spring Security (OAuth2 / JWT), Keycloak, Flyway, JBPM, Drools, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and Unit and Integration Testing using JUnit or Mockito.
