Influencer Marketing Specialist

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of the global influencer strategy in the US. This individual will work closely to build out a strategic partnership plan with key ambassadors in the US, which will be used across multiple campaigns throughout the year. Along with building out the partnership plan, this individual will also be responsible for handling those relationships and ensuring all deliverables are met. This role will drive campaign execution which could be inclusive of event activation and oversite, creation and management of content, influencer seeding and engagement, social strategy, and execution as it relates to influencers, and performance and reporting.


What You'll Do


  • Optimally assists in supporting the activation and coordination of US Influencer marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability.
  • Channel support throughout the commercialization process
  • Regional marketing ownership for local adaptation and execution of global strategy.
  • Identify and form relationships with prominent influencers, agents, managers, and thought leaders in the space.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager and influencer, to build close partnerships with key US influencers that ladder up to the global strategy.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns for key integrated and brand partnership campaigns.
  • Liaison across the marketing team to build and coordinate influencer campaigns that work across different channels (GTM, Collab, License).
  • Attend relevant photo shoots and content collections for key US influencers to ensure content needs are delivered upon.
  • Collaborates with regional partners to ensure that activation plans and guidelines are adhered to and completed on time and in scope.
  • Drives the development, socialization and institutionalization of content that supports global marketing programs.
  • Ensures creative briefs are clear and supported by providing detailed information to be fully executable by the creative team.

What You'll Bring to the Table


  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience working with a lifestyle brand preferred
  • Strong understanding of the influencer streetwear, fashion, brand space as it relates to exclusive drops, product launches, and collaborations
  • Strong background in content, e-commerce and digital marketing preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with and understanding of content marketing strategy, willingness to test a variety of content tactics to connect with Crocs core consumers

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.


This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
