Job Summary:

Takes inbound sales calls from small businesses. Identifies sales opportunities through consultative conversations and cross-sells additional business supplies. Provides a genuine and engaging customer experience while actively listening to uncover opportunities for stated and unstated needs. Expands sales opportunities beyond business essentials by leveraging additional products such as promotional items, print marketing, and other services.

  • Meets monthly performance metrics for revenue, customer experience, and time management
  • Follows prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and highlight value of products and services offered
  • Efficiently multi-tasks and navigates across multiple PC order systems while simultaneously communicating with customers.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Places high quality accurate orders for callers that represents a premium printing supplier

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: HS/GED

Experience: Strong customer-facing communication skills developed through retail or call center environments.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $19.00 - $19.25 hourly.

This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
