MEC Networks Corporation is looking for an organized and proactive <strong>HR Student Intern</strong> to support our Human Resources team, with a special focus on training coordination, learning development, and daily people operations.</p><p>In this role, you will help bridge the gap between knowledge and workforce readiness—assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, onboarding initiatives, and employee development activities.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Training & Development Support:</strong> Assist in coordinating learning and development programs focused on business processes, operational workflows, and product pathways.</p></li><li><p><strong>Training Needs & Scheduling:</strong> Help collaborate across departments to identify learning needs, prepare structured training schedules, and manage learning documentation and records.</p></li><li><p><strong>Onboarding & Upskilling:</strong> Support seamless onboarding, induction, and role-based training programs to ensure workforce readiness and team alignment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Feedback & Success Tracking:</strong> Help monitor training completion, gather participant feedback, and track basic effectiveness measures to support continuous learning improvement.</p></li><li><p><strong>Recruitment Assistance:</strong> Support daily recruitment activities by helping connect with candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage applications.</p></li><li><p><strong>HR Administration & Records:</strong> Keep employee records, HR documents, and training files organized, updated, and well-maintained while ensuring strict confidentiality.</p></li><li><p><strong>Employee Engagement & Projects:</strong> Take part in employee engagement activities, company events, and HR initiatives that build a positive workplace culture.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Who We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Currently pursuing (or have already pursued, if applying for a voluntary internship) a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Training, or any related course from a reputable school.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience: </strong>No prior work experience required; fresh perspectives are welcome! Any HR-related coursework, organization involvement, school projects, or exposure to training coordination and process documentation are a great head start.</p></li><li><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong and clear communication skills—both verbal and written, with great stakeholder coordination abilities. A go-getter attitude with a hunger to learn something new every day and a practical approach to continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p><strong>Personal Traits We Value: </strong>Great at managing time and staying organized, a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling documents and records, trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive employee information and maintaining confidentiality.
