About the Role

Our client is looking for a welcoming and efficient Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at their property in Soweto . This role is vital for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for all visitors. You will be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and local area. If you have excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, this is a great entry-level opportunity within the Gauteng hospitality scene.

Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications to bookings. Operate the hotel's phone system and direct calls appropriately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
