HIRING | Healthcare Operations | Field Liaison Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Field Liaison Officer to join our Healthcare Operations team . This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Field Liaison Officer, you will serve as a critical bridge between our healthcare operations and field-based teams, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution of healthcare initiatives.

This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality healthcare services across our network.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage communication between headquarters, field teams, and external healthcare partners to ensure alignment on operations and objectives
  • Monitor field operations and gather real-time data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct regular site visits to healthcare facilities to assess compliance with operational standards and identify areas for enhancement
  • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting field observations, performance metrics, and recommendations for operational improvements
  • Facilitate training and support for field staff to ensure they understand procedures, policies, and best practices
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping for field operations
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of field activities, patient interactions, and compliance matters
  • Support the Healthcare Operations team with project implementation and special initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations, medical administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitals, health insurance, medical facilities, or related industries
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Provincial candidates must be willing to undergo 1–2 months of training in Manila
  • Can start ASAP
  • Comfortable with travel to various field locations within Metro Manila and surrounding areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management systems (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
