N Position Type Non-Management Key Responsibilities : Greet guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism upon arrival. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using advanced property management systems. Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to exceed expectations. Handle VIP arrivals and special requests with discretion and attention to detail. Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain a pristine and inviting front desk and lobby area. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with poise and empathy. Process payments, manage billing, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Uphold confidentiality and security protocols at all times. Promote hotel services, amenities, and local luxury experiences. Requirements : Matric certificate; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment. Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar). Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Preferred Skills : Fluency in multiple languages. Familiarity with luxury service standards. Strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
