The Group Amazon Advertising Lead will support our pan-European Vendor and Seller accounts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, leading strategic initiatives, maximizing ROI, and enhancing brand presence across Amazon platforms in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon\'s advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail analytics. They will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to develop and implement data-driven strategies tailored to our diverse product portfolio.

To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:

Advertising Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP) for Vendor and Seller accounts across all supported regions.
  • Align advertising strategies with overall business goals and individual country P&L objectives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Generate regular reports to track advertising performance, including performance comparisons by region and product category.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with country teams, sales managers, and product owners to align advertising strategies with local market priorities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across countries and campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor spend to ensure adherence to budgetary limits.

Retail Readiness

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure product listings meet retail readiness standards (A+ content, images, titles, bullet points, and keywords).

Amazon Trends & Tools

  • Stay updated on Amazon’s platform changes, new advertising features, and industry trends.
  • Utilise tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and third-party solutions (e.g., Helium 10, Pacvue).

The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

  • 5+ year proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns for Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising formats, bidding strategies, and algorithms.
  • Experience working with multiple Amazon marketplaces across Europe.
  • An understanding of Amazon’s Brand Registry.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP or similar programmatic platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent analytics software.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish being highly desirable.
