We’re looking for Graduate and Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist recruitment team in London. From day one, you’ll receive structured training, ongoing support from experienced consultants and a transparent career path where promotions are based on results rather than time served.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging high-quality professionals within specialist sectors
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to successful placement
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and handling offer negotiations
  • Developing your own network and becoming a recognised expert within your market
